A special dispensation may be granted to a Bethel by the Grand Guardian to permit a deviation from or a temporary suspension of a portion of the Bethel’s Bylaws. Approval of this request results in the issuance of a special dispensation.

Complete all fields to submit a request to the Grand Guardian, If approved, the special dispensation will be sent to your Bethel’s BCJD mailbox.
